Born in France, I moved to Greece over 30 years ago where I started practising taiji in 1999 and teaching it in 2005. It is a great joy to share my knowledge and to witness my students improve as I progress myself thanks to them. I love the fluidity and the slow harmonious movements of taiji, the effort it requires to surpass yourself and keep improving, the focus it demands to refine your execution so you feel the energy flow through your body and ultimately, I delight in the pleasures of calm and balance I found in my practice.
