Chris McKenna is a musician and flute maker in New Hampshire. He has been studying Tai Chi for 10 years. He began his Tai Chi training with Master Tung Kai Ying and now follows Master Alex Dong. He has a special interest in Push Hands and in taking his Tai Chi training to the highest level. It is rare in the modern era to see Tai Chi developed as the true internal art that it can be.
Chris teaches at several locations in Southern and Central New Hampshire. In his classes he emphasizes the precision of the form as well as the more subtle energies inherent in the movements. By becoming more conscious of what is on the inside, he feels we become more conscious of everything.
The serious practice of Tai Chi involves hard work as well as laughter and relaxation. Above all, Chris tries to share his enthusiasm and love for the art with his students.
